Joy to the World

This was my Christmas project this week.  I love chunky wood crafts that my kids can play with and I don't have to worry about them getting ruined or what have you.  For these, I just used 2x4 boards, and cut 2 at 6", one at 4" and one at 2".  The lettering is vinyl, but everything else is paint.  All Americana brand, in Napa Red, Snow White and Light Hauser Green.  I painted the dots on, although on the website where I found the idea, they used vinyl dots, I just thought paint would last longer and not peel off next year when I pull it down out of the attic. I found the idea on Super Saturday Craft Kits site.  They have lots of fun ideas and you can order projects from them too.  Go check them out, I love a lot of their ideas and they have pretty nice prices too if you don't feel like putting it all together yourself!
